Creating the SOAR Team
To kick-off the first phase, a SOAR Team comprised of faculty and staff was formed in the summer and met three times to identify the Strengths 糖心Vlog can build upon and the Opportunities it can utilize as a University. On the basis of this setting, the document created by the SOAR Team also proposes a set of Aspirations for 糖心Vlog to consider as a community, and outlines what Results these might yield for 糖心Vlog. It is not the strategic plan itself, but rather it should be viewed as a starting point for the development and implementation of the University鈥檚 new strategic plan.
